First Landing Beach Resort respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it.

This document describes First Landing Beach Resort's Consumer Data Privacy Policy, that is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us. The technical aspects of privacy protection, such as encryption and data transfer security, are described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below.
The First Landing Beach Resort online reservation form consists of a number of fields that you are asked to fill in. Some of them are compulsory, others optional. The compulsory fields are:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Physical address
  • Your Country

This data is required in order to process your order and deliver confirmation to you. First Landing Beach Resort stores the information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unsolicited information. You can choose not to receive information on First Landing Beach Resort products.

If you want to pay with a credit card, you have to provide the following information:

  • Credit card number
  • Expiry date of credit card
  • Credit card CVV code (on reverse of card)
  • Full name

The credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider (Payment Express) who processes your order. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by First Landing Beach Resort or Payment Express, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. The transaction has a very high level of security as described in the Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies section below.

Transaction Security Capabilities And Policies

Your credit card details are sent directly to First Landing Beach Resort's payment provider Payment Express (visit www.paymentexpress.com for more information) over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction. The payments are deposited by First Landing Beach Resort's authorised customer service staff. Other First Landing Beach Resort employees do not have access to Payment Express's transaction management system. This is only valid for bookings made directly from the First Landing Beach Resort website.

Your contact information is sent to First Landing Beach Resort's server over an unencrypted connection and forwarded to our authorised customer service staff.
